About RaetOS
The system of record the worker never had. Built for the people doing the work.
Every other party in hiring keeps records. The employer has an applicant tracking system. The recruiter has a pipeline. The agency has a placement history. The candidate has a folder of documents and their memory. RaetOS exists to close that gap.
Why RaetOS exists
People write their careers down only when they need a job. By then the work is years old. The real numbers are gone, who did what is blurry, and whether you led something or helped with it is the kind of detail that fades first.
So they write something vague, which gets ignored, or something flattering, which falls apart in the interview when someone asks a follow up question they cannot answer. Neither is a writing problem. Both are a record keeping problem, and the record should have existed all along.
It falls hardest on people whose work was never formally documented anywhere. Frontline and shift workers. Contract workers. First generation professionals. Service members translating military experience into terms a civilian employer recognizes. They have the least documentation and the most to prove.
The same gap sits underneath every institution accountable for employment outcomes. Workforce boards, university career services and outplacement providers are measured on results that depend on evidence they cannot see and cannot verify at scale. A coach can read ten records closely. They cannot read four hundred.
What it does
RaetOS keeps a structured, candidate owned record of a person's work, captured while they are still employed and the details are still true. When a role comes up, the application is compiled from that record rather than written from memory.
That makes something possible that no resume tool offers: an error list for your own career. The system can show you where your evidence does not support the claim you want to make, before you send it rather than after someone asks about it.
Walkthroughs of each part of the product are in the user guide.

How we work
These are constraints rather than values. Each one rules features out.
The record is the product
Evidence captured while the work is still fresh, owned by the person who did it. Not a document that gets rewritten every time someone needs a job.
Accuracy before polish
An application is compiled from the record, not written over it. Where the evidence does not support a claim, RaetOS says so instead of writing around it.
The human applies
RaetOS never applies on anyone's behalf, never speaks as them, and never contacts an employer. The person does the work and sits in the interview.
No outcome we do not control
Who gets hired depends on the employer, the recruiter, who else applied, the economy and luck. RaetOS can make a person better represented. It cannot make an employer respond.
