Terms of Service

By creating an account, accessing, or using RaetOS, you agree to these Terms of Service and the related Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the service. If you use RaetOS on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are allowed to accept these terms for that organization.

You must be at least 18 years old to use RaetOS. By using the service, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate to the best of your knowledge.

• Keep your account information accurate and current.
• Use a secure password if you sign in with email and password.
• Do not share your login credentials or allow someone else to use your account.
• Notify RaetOS if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.
• You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account unless caused by RaetOS systems or security failures.

RaetOS provides tools for career recordkeeping, opportunity review, resume generation, application packet creation, and application tracking.

• Master Resume helps turn your work history, accomplishments, skills, projects, education, certifications, and related details into structured career source material.
• My Queue stores job postings you choose to capture from the browser extension or app.
• Decision Engine compares a posting against your career record and helps you decide what to generate next.
• Resume Manager and Application Packets help you save generated outputs for a specific role or application.
• Tracker helps you organize application status after you decide to apply.

Your content includes career history, resumes, uploaded files, captured job postings, notes, generated packets, tracker records, and other material you add to RaetOS.

• You keep ownership of your content.
• You give RaetOS permission to host, store, copy, process, transform, transmit, and display your content only as needed to provide and operate the service.
• You are responsible for having the right to upload or enter the content you provide.
• You should not upload confidential employer data, trade secrets, regulated data, or information you are not allowed to share.

RaetOS uses AI to analyze job descriptions, compare your career record against a role, suggest resume structure, generate draft resumes, create application materials, and prepare interview support when requested.

• AI outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, or poorly matched without your review.
• You are responsible for editing and verifying any generated resume, cover letter, email, ATS text, interview prep, or other output before using it.
• RaetOS does not provide legal, immigration, financial, tax, or professional career counseling advice.
• RaetOS does not guarantee job placement, interviews, offers, compensation, eligibility, or application success.

You agree not to misuse RaetOS or interfere with the service.

• Do not use RaetOS for fraud, harassment, spam, unlawful activity, or impersonation.
• Do not submit false, misleading, or unauthorized information in a way that harms others.
• Do not attempt to bypass security controls, rate limits, authentication, or access restrictions.
• Do not scrape, copy, resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit RaetOS without permission.
• Do not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code, prompts, models, or private system behavior except where allowed by law.
• Do not upload malware, malicious scripts, or content designed to disrupt the service.

RaetOS may rely on third-party services for hosting, authentication, email delivery, security, analytics, AI processing, and other operational needs.

• Google and Microsoft sign-in are used for identity only. RaetOS does not request Gmail or Outlook mailbox permissions.
• Your use of Google, Microsoft, Cloudflare, AI providers, and other third-party services may also be governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
• RaetOS is not responsible for third-party websites, job boards, employer portals, or external content linked from the service.

RaetOS is currently free unless a paid feature, plan, or service is clearly presented to you before use.

• You will not be charged without your affirmative consent.
• If paid features are introduced, pricing, billing, renewal, cancellation, and refund terms will be shown before purchase.
• Paid features may be governed by supplemental terms presented at the time of purchase.

• You may stop using RaetOS at any time.
• You may request account deletion through Settings where available or by contacting RaetOS.
• RaetOS may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe your account is being used for abuse, fraud, security risk, unlawful activity, or serious violation of these terms.
• When an account is deleted, account-owned data is scheduled for backend cleanup, subject to legal, security, backup, and operational requirements described in the Privacy Policy.

RaetOS is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We work to keep the service reliable, but we do not promise uninterrupted access, error-free outputs, or perfect compatibility with every browser, job board, employer site, or document format.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RaetOS is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost opportunities, lost data, or employment-related outcomes.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RaetOS total liability for claims related to the service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid RaetOS in the 12 months before the claim or USD $100.

If informal resolution does not work, disputes will be handled under applicable law in a court or forum that has proper jurisdiction. Nothing in these terms prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive relief for security, misuse, intellectual property, or unauthorized access concerns.

RaetOS may update these terms as the service changes. When we make material changes, we will update the effective date and provide notice through the service, by email, or by posting the revised terms.

Continued use of RaetOS after updated terms become effective means you accept the updated terms.
